For any single order with purchase value (net value) higher than 350 sq.ft (10 Box), customers will enjoy free delivery service (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Park Island, Discovery Bay, and Lantau Island).

Additional charge for $100 for the New Territories district.

 

However, if the destination is somewhere far from the city area, such as Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, etc, we will charge additionally according to the manufacturer's delivery charge list.

Below are regular charges, final prices may subject to changes depending on the details of each order:

1. The basic delivery fee is HK$240 if the order under 350sq.ft (10 Box) for delivery to Hong Kong District.
    

2. Additional delivery fee HK$100 per product for delivery to the New Territories district.
    

3. Additional delivery fee HK$500 per product for delivery to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Park Island; additional delivery fee HK$800 per product for delivery to Discovery Bay and Lantau Island.
    

4. For any single order with purchase value (net value) higher than 350 sq.ft (10 Box) or purchase of designated product (s) > customer will enjoy free delivery service (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Park Island, Discovery Bay, and Lantau Island).
    

5. Delivery service does not cover outlying islands, restricted districts, and overseas.
    

6. If staircase is involved in the delivery process, there will be extra handling costs incurred and customers will pay such extra fees to the delivery person directly.
    

7. If there are stairs involved in the delivery, there will be extra handling costs incurred: $25-30/ Floor. (Subject to the exact situation)
    

8. If the delivery address is too far from the car drop-off point and extra manual lifting is incurred, there might be extra handling costs incurred.
